Vedang Raina, Raashii Khanna, Farah Khan and other B-Town stars roll up their sleeves to participate in the beach clean up drive along the Mithi river, getting their hands dirty with utmost enthusiasm.In a heartening display of environmental consciousness, Bollywood stars Vedang Raina, Raashii Khanna joined forces with volunteers for a beach cleanup drive along the Mithi river, near Mahim Causeway organised by the Bhamla Foundation x DY Patil Climate Action Lab (D-CAL).

The drive is a part of a larger initiative to combat plastic pollution and improve cleanliness of Mumbai’s coastline. The actors are seen actively helping in the cleanup, uncaring about getting soiled. In a clip shared by Instant Bollywood, Vedang is seen carrying a large pile of plastic away from the shore, leading by example. Right behind him, Raashii is seen picking out plastic debris with focus and determination.

The Jigra actor kept it casual and comfortable for the occasion, sporting a grey sleeveless tank top paired with matching track pants, sneakers and black sunglasses. Raashii, too, opted for comfortable athleisure. She paired a pink sports bra with black tights, finishing the look with a white jacket and shades. Post the cleanup, Vedang and Raashii even took a moment to interact with the fans and other volunteers, snapping smile-filled selfies.

Also spotted at the driver were director Farah Khan and actress Ishita Arun, both showing their support for the cause. Farah chose a relaxed look in a pink shirt and baggy denims, blending in with the spirit of the day.

On the professional front, Vedang Raina garnered attention for his intense performance in Vasan Bala’s Jigra opposite Alia Bhatt. This role further solidified his position in the industry. Reports suggest that he is in discussions to star in Imtiaz Ali’s upcoming romantic film.

Raashii Khanna, too, continues to make strides in both Hindi and South Indian cinema, with several projects lined up that highlight her dynamic acting range.
